By accessing or using Corral ("the Service"), available at corrall.ing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Corral is an AI-powered executive assistant currently in private beta. The Service connects to your third-party accounts (such as Google, Microsoft, and Slack) via OAuth to help you manage your calendar, email, and communications. Corral uses artificial intelligence to analyze your data and build a contextual understanding of your work.

Key capabilities include:

• Connecting to Google (Calendar, Gmail), Microsoft (Calendar, Mail, Files), and Slack via OAuth
• AI-powered analysis of calendar events, emails, and messages
• Building a workstream graph of your contacts and communication threads
• A web-based interface and Slack bot integration
• Connections to additional services via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers

3. User Accounts and Authorization

To use Corral, you must create an account and authorize access to one or more third-party services. By authorizing a connection, you grant Corral permission to access, read, and process data from that service on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may disconnect any linked account at any time through Corral's settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Corral only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or interfere with its operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Corral and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Corral and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to Corral.

6. Data Handling

Your use of the Service involves the collection and processing of personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

You acknowledge that Corral transmits portions of your data to third-party AI providers for processing. This data is used solely to provide the Service and is not sold or used for advertising.

7. Disclaimers

Beta Software. Corral is currently in private beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.

AI-Generated Output. Corral uses AI to analyze your data and generate summaries, suggestions, and other outputs. These outputs are informational only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any information provided by the Service.

Third-Party Services. Corral integrates with third-party services that are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Corral in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
